Two volume set in a slipcase: Book telling the story of the efforts required to enlarge the University of Texas campus in 1921. The book is a limited edition #731 & is signed by the author on the limitation page. With the book is a case with 6 maps in it showing the university campus before and after the expansion. In the front of the book a letter from the author as well as the envelope it came in is taped to the endpapers. Laying inside is a photograph of Walter Long driving a horse drawn carriage along with some children accompanying him. The back of the photo has an explanation of the photo & the names of the children.Two articles about the book are glued to the back endpapers. The glue has stained the eps & the articles. There is some light foxing on the pages edges & on some of the ephemera.
